Purpose: To coordinate the style and content of regular and special worship services, the sacraments, and other areas important to the religious life of the congregation.

Music, Music, Music!
Our Music Ministry is strong and vibrant. Led by a team of dedicated and talented musicians, it offers capable and varied musical leadership to the Church. Sunday Worship is usually led by our outstanding (award-winning) Choir. The Sunday School and Youth groups learn music appropriate for their age and interests. Christmas and Easter features special music presentations and there are usually several special musical events throughout the year.
Variations include: a regular monthly "Family Service" with contemporary music; increase use of additional musical resources such as guitar, bass, drums and wind instruments. (In fact we are looking for members for our Worship Band to play at Family Services. Or you could offer to sing or play at our special events!) We are also planning a few outreach events in the surrounding community of Port Coquitlam.
Where will you fit in? Our Choir always welcomes new members. We rehearse on Thursday evening from 8 to 10. Singing and music reading experience are welcome - but not required. Or just come by to listen. We enjoy each other's company. We enjoy making music together. We feel called to lead the Church in praise through music.
