Ministry & Personnel

Purpose: to serve the Minister and all staff in support of their individual functions as well as in concert with one another

This Ministry meets about once each month from September to June. We ensure that all staff have the resources, communications and environment to complete their work, and to receive our support if there are any questions or concerns.

Trinity uses the United Church of Canada's cost of living increase to keep our non-ministerial staff increases matched to those of clergy.
