Here We Come!
Plan now to attend Trinity’s Annual Congregational Retreat at beautiful Charis Camp near Chilliwack on the September 17-19, 2010 weekend. A sign-up sheet will be at reception In July.
Price includes all meals & accommodation:
Adults - approximately $130.00 - with reduced prices for Children
This includes 5 meals, evening snacks, accommodation and use of camp facilities.
The Charis Camp facility is several acres in size, and the natural setting - with tall trees and babbling streams - feels like it is miles from the city. We will be using the main lodge which can accommodate everyone. There are two RV sites with electrical hook-ups, water and sink drains, and additional space for tenting.
Participants must provide their own towels and bed linen (sleeping bags). Accommodation is generally in rooms with several bunk beds - some are double bunks. Four people or more per room. There is handicap access to all parts of the building - including elevator to second floor assemby area. To learn more about the camp facilities - Click Here
We will have use of a large gym, a softball diamond, campfire pit, and sports equipment. Use of the climbing wall(s) requires advanced booking to ensure qualified leader(s) are available.
The lounge area, dining hall, small meeting rooms and Assembly hall are available for our weekend program(s) and can easily accommodate all. Meals are provided by Camp staff, enabling you to relax, enjoy and concentrate on the weekend program. The experienced staff are able to meet any special dietary needs if necessary (with advance notice).
